minilites off my mog what type
Hi, I was wondering if someone can help, before I got my 59 4 door my father in law brought a set of minilites for the mog and put them straight on, he brought them off a bloke that races moggs who lives in croydon, how can I tell what type of lites they are, as I have removed them from the car and would now like to sell them, if anyone can help identify them would be a big help, thanks.

They are the minator which are a copy of the original Minilite wheels.
Moss europe sell them as well as other suppliers.

They are Minilite style copies made by Minator.
They appear to be 14" dia and 4 J.
The PCD should be 4" if having been used on Minor hubs.
I have similar wheels on my Minor but 7J.
Here is a link to the original Minilite wheels. http://minilite.co.uk/index.htm
Good luck with the sale.

Darren
I think that you are about right and you should get them snatched off you very quickly.
The Minator wheels are made by Revolution Wheels which is a very good company. My 6J & 7J wet tired wheels are made by Revolution Wheels and they have given very good service, in fact my 7J Revolutions were the first off the Revolution production line by way back according to the sales manager in the Bristol Street Motors tuning shop in Cheltenham and I had no reason to disbelieve him.
