Looking at other Minor vans and their asking prices; and as this one has a V5 I would suggest that the price is pitched about right.

If it's been stuck in his garage for 18 years he's probably just guessing the age. It (or the dashboard of it at least!) is a very late one judging by the lack of centre ignition switch. It won't be a quick job attaching the roof but Minor vans are very sought after now. Maybe somebody will buy it? I won't be though.
