Sounds like the ineffective 'tablet' put in your tank when lead was removed!

I see they mention the 5 years, but not the up to 60 litres before it no longer works (according to their website) so I wonder if that means you end up with hundreds of these tablets bobbing round in your tank over the years.

Personally I think for storage if I did ever use a stabiliser I'd use a liquid one.
