Make sure your new comments are after the final Square brackets, so for quoting it would be like this [/quote]

The basic rule is anything in Square brackets is turned on by the relative word in the first brackets and the same word prefixed with a '/' to turn it off in the subsequent brackets.

So, I'm going to add a screen shot of this to this post, and you'll see that these comments, including the 3 Smilies, are all after the Square brackets that close the quote...

Perhaps this will help others understand what appear where. The PREVIEW Button is useful to use before the SUBMIT Button.
