Clip for servo tube

Postby southerly95 » Wed Oct 17, 2018 6:59 pm

I’m looking for a clip for a servo tube that goes on the rocker box cover bolts. See pic below. They’re listed in Somerfordmini but currently not available.
They’re easy enough to make but I would like an original if anyone has one? Thanks, John

I found something similar on eBay and they are petrol pipe clips for SU twin carbs made by Ashley Hinton. Just had to open the holes outslightly. But if anyone has original kit I would still like to acquire it, thanks, John.

I was thinking something more like this....

Am I missing something here?
I'm a little confused by your need for an 'original' clip and referencing a Mini...
Being the owner of a Series II, I'm not aware of the standard fit of latter 1000 models.
Was there a Brake Servo fitted with such pipe clips?

I've got a retrofit servo and I might well use a P Clip or two to route the pipe rather than the tywraps currently fitted, but I'd be tempted to use clips with silicone lining, so as not to abrade the hose, i.e. like these:
