A correct jack is just for show unless you are absolutely sure of your cars structure...

To actually jack the car a small trolley jack or a 1-2 ton bottle jack are easily available from ebay, machine mart etc and are surprisingly cheap..

And even then, spread the load with a block of wood. For changing a wheel, you can jack from the front of the front chassis leg or the centre of the rear spring If you want an original jack for show / completeness, then contact Club Spares, I'm sure that Bryan will be able to find you one. Recommended that you do not use the original jacking points to lift the car.

As simmitch says DO NOT USE ORIGINAL JACKING POINTS. They are likely to be too weak to support weight of car unless everything has been replaced with new steel panels and welded correctly.
If you want an original one for show then I can supply one either as found or cleaned and painted.

Many thanks for your kind replies chaps the contents of which are noted and appreciated.
I only want the jack for completeness and despite my car looking strong underneath I would not use the original jack as I don't trust them.
I have a two ton lift trolley jack which will do the job at either end.
I shall contact Bryan direct.
Thanks and regards
Andrew
