Decent set of hub caps

Postby jagnut66 » Sat Apr 11, 2020 7:46 pm

Hi,
Just inquiring as to whether anyone has a decent set of hub caps going spare (for sale)?

Mine are all manky, and the ones I've seen on the likes of eBay are either no better, worse and / or silly money.
I'd love a stainless set but they have really gone up in price since I bought a set for Abbey about 10 years ago.
If I'd been thinking at the time I would have swapped them back to her original set (cleaned up) before I sold her -- doh!
Oh, well, we live and learn......
Many thanks and best wishes,
Mike.

Hi Mike you might have already seen this set. Not perfect but not silly money either.

Not stunning quality I'm afraid but perhaps better than your own. Don't know if stainless or not.

Any use?

Open to offers, located in Cardiff and would post at cost.

Hi Alan,
Thanks but the link you attached doesn't work for some reason.

Not stunning quality I'm afraid but perhaps better than your own. Don't know if stainless or not.
Any use?
Three certainly look better than mine for the most part, just wondering if that crease will knock out on the fourth....
Oddly enough though I have just acquired a set of panel beating hammers and dollies, plus a small sandbag.
How much were you looking for?

Many thanks to both of you,
Mike.

Don't think these are chromed, so might be possible to knock our the dent.

How does £30 incl. post sound?

PM sent. Thanks.

Thanks Alan, we all suffer from them from time to time.......
One of them is badly scraped, which is probably what has stopped them from being snapped up, I have saved them in my watch list, just in case.

Best wishes,
Mike.
