Hi All, Contacted ESM they sent me a replacement sender unit, have fitted it, now guage works fine,(a dodgy unit), Thanks to all.

Hi all, I had the same problems with my 63 minor trying to get the temp gauge working but never did. In the end i purchased a capillary temp gauge screwed it into the head where the elictric sensor went and hey presto a gauge that is accurate and worked first time. Never looked back since.
