Points, condenser and distributor cap

Post by rreems »

Hi --I have a 1968 4 door Moggy which I've owned for 2 years. I've done loads to the car too much ch to mention now but I haven't changed the points, or the condenser, or the distributor cap, as she starts and runs a treat!
I would like to carry a spare set of all 3 but not sure what and where to buy as I've heard replacement parts aren't as well mad as they used to be so would love some good advice what and where to purchase!
Hope this makes sense

Thanks

Richard

Either new-old stock (eBay, Some of the Minor traders - though likely not the 'big 3'), or the Distributor Doctor - Martin Jay. You'll find his details if you google 'Distributor Doctor'.

Richard
Doctor Distributor - Martin Jay , a definite + 1 recommendation from me. Used him for a number of classic cars , not cheap but excellent quality, won't let you down.

Never heard a negative comment about him. All classic car forums that I'm on recommend him.
