Hi all
The indicators on my '65 minor 1000 work fine until I switch the lights on or the heater then they freeze.
I'm thinking something along the lines of a bad earth or something but I'm not that clued up on electrics.
Would fitting a new earth lead help or could any of you experienced minor owners suggest a fix?
Regards
Dermot.

Re: Indicator issue
Just to clarify when you say they freeze do you mean they stay lit constantly?

Re: Indicator issue
Apologies I didn't explain myself very well.
The indicators work as normal apart from when the light or the heater are switched on.
At that point the stalk light stays on constant and the actual indicator goes out, the flasher unit also stops.
As the flasher unit then works as normal once the lights and heater are off would suggest to my amateur brain that the problem is a short or bad earth.
Does this make sense?
