Piston ring compressor

I had to refit the pistons today but couldnt find my compressor,so i made one from a lengh of "builders band"(that long metal that comes on a roll with holes in it) cut it aprox 3" longer than the diamater of piston,bent an angle at about 1.5" at one end and wraped it around piston and marked where to bend other angle,slightly smaller than piston diamater,once the second angle was done just wraped it arround the piston and squeeze the two ends together between finger and thumb..simples..worked a treat.
