Hi all,the wheels on my `52 are not in the best of condition. Is it possible to fit others without changing the original brake drums etc? Are any alloys available?
Thanks,John.

Re: wheels
Lots of options,
About the cheapest are rostyles
No modification and a cool look
I paid 150 for this set with great tyres, chrome nuts and chrome finishing rings
See here

Hi Guys
A question re the Rostyle wheels - what is the mounting stud diameter and what is the PCD of the studs/bolts.
Cheers Bob

Mg midget rostyles are Exactly the same as the minorBLOWNMM wrote:Hi Guys

4 inch and the same clearance hole as in the existing minor wheels for bolts.
Straight swap but you need correct nuts available from many sources.

Re: wheels
The Midget Rostyle wheels are of course NOT a straight swap on a Minor "MM" however which has a different wheel fitting and PCD

Re: wheels
Quite right and as the OP's car is a 52 then I must take back the statement that they will fit.ManyMinors wrote:The Midget Rostyle wheels are of course NOT a straight swap on a Minor "MM" however which has a different wheel fitting and PCD
However, as its a 100mm PCD then this drastically opens up the options for jap alloys.
The MG midget rostyles fit minors with 4 inch PCD apologies for the confusion.

Re: wheels
Series MM, early Series II wheels have a 4.5 in PCD. Late Series II to M1000 have a 4 in PCD so they ae not interchangeable and I do not know of any 14 in, 4.5 in, 4 stud wheels which would fit the Series MM. If anyone does know then please tell me, especially if they have larger brake drums that will fit.

I think in the UK these company's are also available.
