MMs FOR SALE

Post by sparesman »

1952 2 door MM Saloon.
It is Clarendon Grey and was extensively restored in the early 90’s and has seen little use since.
Interior was renewed at the time and original engine was rebuilt and has probably done less than 2000 miles since.
Owner no longer drives it due to health issues and would welcome seeing it go to a good appreciative home.
Reg NLC 729
Price : £6500
Can be seen in North London.

1952 2 door MM saloon in Thames Blue - only 16000 miles from new - UNO212
This is my own car which I bought in 2012 as a "barn find" unused since 1975 and with two owners in same Essex village between 1952 and 1975. Had it running within an hour of getting it home and spent next 3 months cleaning and rust treating the underneath, sorting out the brakes , fuel system and electrics, replacing the tyres and cleaning before getting it MOT'd. It only needed a small amount of welding at front end of sills. I used it for a few months for events marking 100 years of Morris then removed front wings for repairs to back edges followed by a respray and fitting new and rechromed chrome parts.
Whilst this was happening I was offered the chance to buy the Oldest surviving 1953 Traveller so UNO has sat unused in my garage.
Price : £6000 ovno.
