I've found another couple of online images which might suggest that the blades in photo 2 of the MM water pump in my previous post are in fact the correct blades for the later water pump engine and the blades shown in photos 1 and 3 are for the earlier non-water pump engines. Note that the leading edge of the blades has the greatest corner radius.
