What's this Engine?

Looking through some family photos and this is someone playing with my Grandfathers boat engine.
Looks to be a side valve - would that by chance be a Morris motor?

That's because pictures are broken again. Reported to our IT provider (the Club's Derby based IT provider) at 2021/10/01 13:43, asking them to investigate and fix. Response awaited.

I could guess it might be a sidevalve. But we will never know if we can’t see it :o :o

It appears to be a mid 1920's 747cc Austin 7 engine coupled to a mid 1920's Austin 7 gate change gearbox.
