Well Andrew, I want a 1.8 K series turbo in the pickup!

I will try and get myself a nice PU as my next project, I promise!

If we all ask really nicely due you think the group discount could even bring the price down enough for me. :P

Mind you I doubt Jonathan wants to be making 15,000 K series minors

I have trouble saving money these days... Every day there are new things I think of.
Like a nice pair of split bumpers for example

we may have wandered off topic a bit...

Still, I wouldn't mind an Alta head, nor would I say no to a Shorrock supercharger!

Can't imagine there's a difference, and it'll be getting a new bell housing anyway, so clutch cylinder fitting wouldn't matter - if it has a separate bolt on bell housing and you have the time, I'd be very interested in it :-) and the yoke from the prop shaft/box too - in fact the whole front half of the shaft...

The Haynes manual reckons they're all the same except for the Deisel and the largest engined ones. Most important is that it a) has a removable bell housing and b) is a Type 9 box - some weren't. That's from memory - I'll find the book and check.

Right, try again - the internet keeps disconnecting :-( the 1.6,1.8 and SOHC 2.0 models had them, but they also had other types as well :-) A wee bit heavier than the Mog box is the best I can do re. weight...
