Are pictures not uploading?

Hi,
I've notice on the Waxoil post that a couple of images in other members posts seemed to have attached as a file name only, with no actual image.
Then when I tried to upload one and selected preview to review my post before sumitting it I found I had the same issue, so I deleted my image and didn't bother in this case.
However, earlier today, when I uploaded images to a different post, it was fine.
Is this just a temporary glitch or do we have a new issue?

Well as you can see....and the Waxing posts seem OK too....

What can I say Berni, I couldn't view them last night, nor upload one of mine successfully.
Must have just been a glitch then.

It's a recurring issue. I believe that it has been reported to our IT/software support company (that also hosts this site) called Corolus and is based in Derby. They have not supplied any reason for the problem, which seems to fix itself after a time. Regular readers will know that we are trying to move the site to a new platform. We hope that once the migration has been copleted, then this type of issue will be a thing of the past. We are waiting for Corolus to provide information to allow the migration to proceed.

Yes, unfortunately the down time on Sunday wasn't the move to new hosting that will hopefully happen this week, if Mike's schedule is followed.
There's light at the end of the tunnel; .... only time will tell if it's some swine with a Lamp bringing more problems....
