Bookmarking Topics & Posts

Is there any way of bookmarking Topics &/or Posts. My reason for asking is that I am about to rewire the van & want to glean as much information as possible before starting but there are so many related items, it would be so helpful to be able to dive back on them without having to search again or ask questions which have been asked many times before ?

Why not bookmark them like you would a web site?
You could create a folder to keep them together.
Internet Explorer calls them favorites (American spelling)
