Can't change password

Have used the link on the email you get if you lose your password and after having copied the password I went to my profile as instructed and entered MY new password on the two indicated lines, then on the line where you put the current password in this being the one I copied from my email.
On pressing submit I am told the current password is wrong, have tried several times re coping the issued password in case I had copied spurious details in error.

It says if you have any difficulties please contact the board administrator, cant find any one in the officers list called board administrator.

I too am waiting and waiting for a response from the 'board administrator' on a similar problem......
