So I can log into the members area, like here, and read and post freely, but can't login to pay my subs online!
Whenever I go to the 'Renew Subscription' page, I put in the the username and password out of the most recent magazine, (Vol 37, No 7, July/August 2016) and when the submit button is pressed the page just flickers and resets itself with blanks.

I prefer to pay subs online, but if I can't get there to pay, it'll have to be a cheque and snailmail....

Anybody any idea why this is happening? Am I missing something?

I just tried it and got the same. Something is wrong because there is no box for entering a user name only the password and that's why it fails

There was a problem with the passwords. I usually leave the old ones active when inserting the new ones.

Just checked and the old ones had been deleted! I have re-instated them now so the old and the new ones (for the next Minor Matters) should now work.

The single box asking for a password is ok, just tried it and it works with the previously deleted password now.
