Messages stuck in outbox.

Post by burgundyben »

I have 3 messages stuck in my outbox.

How do I know if they have been sent?

The messages stay in your outbox until the recipient opens them.

Help please. I am new to navigating this message board. Is the fact that the recipient has not opened a message the only reason messages remain in the outbox? Thanks Phil

As above - Messages stay in the out box until the recipient opens them.

Some people don't notice that they have a message, especially if they haven't got notifications turned on to send them an email alert.
That's why you can see some people will post on a topic 'You have PM' so that the person who perhaps asked a question realises they have a message and can look for it.
