How about somewhere new and exciting - so we can see who gets most lost?

A suggestion: Royal Oak, Fritham.

It's a cracking pub in a tiny hamlet in the middle of almost nowhere, less than ten minutes from M27 J1. For the location, look up SO43 7HJ on the mapping service of your choice.

OK, so I'm nominating a pub at my end of the territory, but it means I'm more likely to make it after playing footy...

i'm not bothered how far into the Forest we go. Yellowmaude blats down the motorway quite happily now with the new Polybushes on the front (a few more clangs but a lot less creaks and groans). :D

By the way In- Excess out at Hedge end is knocking out Eclipse imperial size Combination spanners at £1 each. Most sizes from 5/16" up to 1 1/8" except 1/2". I bought a few on Sat just to bulk up Yellowmaudes toolkit

Apologies to those of you who were caught behind me as we left Fritham last night - i was momentarily in 2 minds as to a left or right turn to get to Lyndhurst - thought I needed to go right and positioned for that then realised it was left  ....most impressed by Stirling Moss and Fangio though who nipped through on the inside then flew off at impressive speed into the night!.
Next time I'll make sure Im at the back of ther convoy :)
Regards, Mike.

I'll plead guilty to being one of those, I was directly behind you...

I suppose I should have made allowances, particularly after you arrived via Godshill :-)

I was the second car that slipped past... but to be fair you were still indicating right and there was plenty of room ;-)

Yeah we did comment in my car what people must think as 6 mogs drive past. I will get a piccy up later today I hope.

Unless Mike or Carlo want to make a suggestion for next week (after all, neither of them have yet!) Might I suggest the cricketers for next time?
