So where to this weeks folks? - the The Empress of Blandings, Romsey Rd, Copythorne, SO40 2PB seemed to be pretty central, had decent space inside, some decent beer and had plenty of parking.
Any other suggestions?
Mike.

I shall be in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh, where you're welcome to join me... :-)

Carlo, will you be in Ringwood during the next couple of days? I've got something for Dan.

Gods no. I did that sort of thing among groups of lads when I was in my youth, but to go to those places on your own is deeply, woefully tragic.

It's a while since my last visit but I remember one or two places. If I get time I'll visit the Royal Mile Whisky shop to pick up another bottle of unfiltered Edradour. That's good stuff.

What do you use it for?
Getting oil stains off the drive?
Unblocking drains?
Paint stripper?

Not my problem, it's just that I've a coffee machine for Mr Harris.

I should be around next week but I'll be teaching in Bournemouth and home late, so can I put in an advanced bid to go to the Royal Oak at Fritham?

Hi Rob - you could get Josh to put a couple of pints in that Cortina and leave the Vauxhall at home!
See you tomorrow...

Well having just got in from the SADMOG mtg having been saying to Petee and Paulk in the car park that my nice new wipers havnt been used in anger yet...it then proceeded to T I P D O W N half way home :o :o
The new wipers combined with the RainX (which I was using for the first time) were fantastic, really good, non smeary vision all the way home across the forest.
Then half way home I wondered why my right arm and leg were feel progressively damper, then wetter...the rain was running in in nice rivulets between the door surround and the door frame - I really must fit the new door rubbers ASAP !!

Any thoughts on where to go this week?
The Swan Inn, Bournemouth Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7DP (on the A35 opposite the Emery Down turning - about a mile west of Lyndhurst) has reopened following the fire there last year, never been in there either before or since the fire but could try it?, I seem to rcall it has a decent sized car park.
Regards, Mike.
