OK, so click on the name of the collection, then on the image you want to post. Right-click on the image and a menu should pop up. Look for an option that says something like "copy image address".

Go to the MMOC forum and start a new reply. Type Image. You should have something that looks like:

Code: Select all

[img]http://images5.fotopic.net/?iid=yqy6mx&outx=489&quality=70[/img]
When you submit the reply it will turn into:
Image

Putting the img tags around the address tells the forum to display it as an image.

With Fotopic you can even alter the number after "outx=" in the address and it will resize it for you. For example to resize the above image to 250 pixels wide, use this address instead:

Code: Select all

[img]http://images5.fotopic.net/?iid=yqy6mx&outx=250&quality=70[/img]
The result looks like:

Koolmom, I don't have any. Someone mentioned them on the first thread and I was running through what board members have.

I really would not like to keep spiders

I don`t think this is what you meant, but if it is this is the herd, on the back stairs alert for dangerous wild animals to guard us from.

The front black dog is Grampa Gabe, he`s my first Griffie and 11 years old.
Next step up is Dopey Uncle Chester, he`s 9 years old.
The third step (from l to r) is Elvira, she`ll be 2 on Halloween, Cliffie, he`ll be 4 in Nov. and their Mommy, Edna (Chester`s sister and also 9)
Top step is Hobbs he too will be 2 on Halloween and is Vy`s brother.
Cheers,

I didn`t think it was gonna work...Sorry. :( The picture thay you got on here is Cliffie the Griffy, he was born with a harelip and I his shave his muzzle to keep hair out of his hole. He`s having a cuddle with Lula, our Impian cat. She has ears the curl backwards and extra toes on all 4 feet.

Kittens are fun to add to an existing managery. All of the adult critters instantly have a new victim to blame things on and they DO! Congrats on you new baby, post pictures!

:D :D Paul`s Impian cat, Lula broke into pieces Wednesday morning (the 14th) two little boy pieces to be exact. One is white with light blue/grey spots, curled ears, AND extra toes on all four feet. Brother is a brown tabby and white with curled ears and normal standard issue toes. They`re fat, sassy and really pretty babies, but I wanted a nice calico like Mamma. :D :D

Wow, can we have piccies, please? :D

My youngest cat has developed an unusual obsession; he likes tearing apart those yellow sponge/scourer things we use for the washing up. He'd hidden a stash of them under the bed a few nights ago and was merrily ripping hell out of them! They now have to be stored in a lidded box.

A mate told me a story today.
His daughters sister in law who has a pet snake.
Not a little thing in a vivarium but a huge big Python that roams the house.
Every night when she curled up on the setee the snake would come by the side and wrap itself aroud her neck - she assumed for a cuddle.
She was worried that it wasn't eating so took it to an exotic pet vets.
Seem the vet reckoned the "cuddling" was sizing her up as a meal :-(
No zoo would take it, and no way would she have it in the house again, so it had to be put down straight way.

Imp piccies...

Post by KOOL-MOM »

I`m still trying to put up pics of the herd, and getting frustrated trying to post pics of everyone. I haven`t given up yet, and maybe by the babies are all grown up, I`ll manage them! They`re fat little Imps and will be really awsome cats-eventually. The Curl boy (with plain toesies) has an eyeball open today-yaaay!

As for the python cuddling...smart people don`t cuddle or even handle snakes of any size unless they`re well fed (the snake) and recently.
large reptile + hungry + teensy brain = trouble

My son`s Columbian Red Tail Boa is a wee bit snarky when he`s hungry. He bit David pretty good once when he was about 2 1/2 feet long (small holes) David smartened up though. Now Nexous is fed in a feeding box, and doesn`t get picked up till he`s sure he isn`t hungry.
I`ll keep trying to post the pics, PROMISE!
