Morris DVD in Poundland
Has picture of a Minor on the front - promises history of all Morris cars. I'm not allowed to watch it till 20 June - when i will be 'given it' for Fathers' Day!!
Re: Morris DVD in Poundland
A pound for a dvd? That's a bit pricey. You can buy an alternator for that

It's got a very nice picture of a blue Minor on the cover and the disc itself..... could make a nice coaster.....bmcecosse wrote:Depends if it's actually worth copying.........

Re: Morris DVD in Poundland
its alright- but lots of people jibbering..... still worth a quid.
are you sure the minor on the front is blue? i think mine is a black cheesegrater series 2, reg. RVS 918, surely a plate better suited to a side valve?

Re: Morris DVD in Poundland
I never said it was bad, just not a "BBC Production"......
I liked the fact it was Morris Minor heavy, I guess thats why one is on the front cover. Overall I liked it, but then I like hearing the whys, wheres and whens of peoples Minor ownership stories, gives me a chance to tell mine in response.....
I have noticed that it is part of a set that includes Lorries and Trains, so something for everyone.....

What's the verdict?
I saw this in Poundland the other day but didn't bite, I can only conclude I was overcome with the sense of occasion as it was Poundland Milton Keynes' grand opening and the actor Joe Swash was there (Mickey Miller in Eastenders). Never a dull moment in Milton Keynes!
