Yep I liked it, I am one of those who tries hard to keep to the rules of the road and it is so annoying when others think they don't have to. I wouldn't have the guts to go out and film folks though!

Classic I think the London police will be too busy at the moment to award the required 6pts to these perpetrators though. They all seem so uncaring about blocking the hard shoulder - amazing. Well done to the guy fiming though.

I see it as part of the same problem the police are dealing with, no thought for anyone else, how can I get what I want?

Brave lad - and he's quite right of course - but I'm amazed no-one punched him out! I have heard in cases like this - that the Cops have just walked up the line and booked everyone on the hard shoulder before letting the traffic move again.......
