Jaffa cakes aren't a biscuit!!!! And for me it's chocky digestives. The ultimate biscuit.

Fact learned from QI:

Biscuits go soft when stale, cakes go hard.

Mcvitie proved that jaffa cakes were indeed a cake by baking a giant, full-cake-sized jaffa cake, and showing what happened to it when it went stale.
