Is it shift work or can't you get a full night's sleep either? :(

I understand that individual's posting clocks may be in another time zone and need adjusting via the control panel. Personally I quite like living in my own personal time. It enables me to realise that maybe in some parallel universe . MMOC committee members may actually be considering the possibility of contemplating whether to reply to my e-mails.

Being master of my own destiny and no longer a clock-puncher, I find myself on here at odd and varied times. One day I might be engrossed in late, post-midnight ITV3 re-runs ('Morse', 'Lewis', 'Poirot' etc... giving away my tastes here) and casually posting here as well. Another day I might be posting whilst consuming an unhealthily large pot of coffee at dawn.

Sometimes I wake up early, sometimes I dont. Depends when the meds wear off. I am abit addicted to the forum even when I'm not posting tho.

Some years ago I had a few years of insomnia and was often on line at stupid times. Good connection speeds at 4 in the morning!

I have a very messed up sleep pattern after years of doing caring, It just feels normal to be awake at odd hours even though i am no longer doing the caring, Maybe i can get a job as a night watchman
