Custom & Modified Register 2009 Calendars.

Post by Welung666 »

As this has been discussed in 'General Chat' I've had a look into getting a calendar made up for the register. I will have to confirm prices during the early part of next week and will post accordingly.

Now I need to gauge the quantities required so I can negociate a better price, but at the moment it's looking around the £5 mark per calendar.

I would also need to collect 12 photos of register members cars (preferably with the correct season I.E. snow for winter months etc.) with a brief descrition of the mods. So cast your vote and PM me if you have a suitable photo/car. Image

I think a modded minor calender would be a great idea, I'd get one.
Would be nice to have a couple of insets of standard minors aswell though.. just a thought.

I'd gladly add your shiny new car Dennis. Any more interest? I need to sort the photos out so the guy can get started.

Might I suggest that you look to the Minor Specialists to help fund this project. I'm sure that a decent advertising space would attract a quite a chunk of money towards printing and if it is a successful project an almost guaranteed start up amount for the following year.

Are you offering Jonathon

I think the cars chosen should be something special, and approaching specialists offers the best chance of achieving this.

If the organisers felt it appropriate , then it would be a golden opportunity for us to help fund the promotion of our specialist field.
There is still a huge amount yet to be done and a considerable amount of money to find, hopefully the MMOC will help out with this to some degree.
I think its too late for an 09 calender so look to produce the best possible 2010 version and maybe makre the 09 contributions into a different sort of media, such as a guide to modification with contributions from those who forward the pics a sort of taster to encourage modification.
I'd be more than happy to write a few words if it was thought necessary
