fiat engine no. and type

hi
wondering if anyone out there can help.
i purchased a fiat 2l tc engine came out of a mirariori 131 82ish

i can not find engine no. or type on the block. the manual shows where it should be, but is not been stamped on the castingand NO sign of defacing.

any help will be appreciated

It should be above the oil filter housing on a horizontal face.

Some had it on a vertical face up by the oil breather above the engine mount.

Every engine I have looked at has had one but sometimes they are difficult to see. The machined surface is always there though.

Cast numbers

HI there,

If you give me the casting numbers,on the side of the block and on top of the head by the pressure switch, it is able to determine the engine spec.
