Norfolk - Lock up your Nuts!

I returned from a weekend in Sheringham, Norfolk to my home in Norwich yesterday to find to my amazement that the complete rear bumper, including overriders, spring blade and valance had been removed from my Mog and stolen!
Are parts being pinched to order now? Or am I the victim of an opportunist thief who happened to have the appropriate spanners and a can of Plus Gas in his pocket?

And it's not just metal. A few years ago we returned to a car park to find that the red lenses had been removed from one of the Travellers. I advocate suspended sentences for all perpetrators

Which 'appendage' do you suggest that they are attached to the lampost/scaffold/tree by, bet I can hazard a guess if it's a male perpetrator............
