Last night the tailgate from my almond green pickup was unbolted and stolen. The pickup was on my driveway behind two other cars. The tailgate was the only thing stolen. The car is smart watered, but who would think to smart water a tailgate? My dog and I heard nothing. Even with the right spanners or sockets it must have taken at least 20 mins for them to steal it.

If anyone is offered a cheap tailgate, or sees one advertised, please let me know, whatever the colour. I am going to have to get a replacement from somewhere . . .

I'm in Nottingham.
They came with the correct tools and stole it to order I guess.
I need a replacement, no matter what condition, I am handy with a welder. I need the hinges too.
If anyone has a tailgate, or just the hinges they could sell me, whatever the condition, please let me know.
Gutted that they were on my driveway long enough to nick it.
If I manage to get another one, I will be welding the bolt heads up after fitting it, and welding the nuts on the inside too.

ouch, I see Charlie Ware has them on sale, but for £900!
