If you look on the floor near the gear lever you will find a rubber cover if you remove it you will see the gearbox filler plug remember it takes engine oil not a hypoid oil, the easiest way to top up the rear axle is to get one of the squeezy type of filler bottles witha nozzle on it EP 90 is fine.

They're level plugs, so park the car on a level surface first, and trickle oil in until it starts running back out of the hole.

Standing the container in hot water for a few minutes also helps when doing this by thinning the oil a bit.

Use a bit of grease or similar to retain the g/box filler/level plug in the socket when refitting otherwise it will surely drop out under the car and make sure it's lined up properly to avoid any potential cross threading disasters!

I found a bit of kitchen towel over the plug keeps it snug in the socket set when replacing

If you haven't had the car long, and don't know the history - or otherwise feel these oils haven't been changed in a while, may be an idea to drain and refill with new oil.
