Series mm hub and minor 1000 hub

Post by teohenghooi »

Hi,Can I fit a minor 1000 hub into a series Mm without any modifications? This is due to my series mm wheels badly rusted.
Many thanks

Don't believe it will fit, I have 8 inch drums and bought back-plates, swivels etc and fitted new drums and hubs.
I got all parts required from my local BMC dealer! (that's how long ago I fitted them!)

You will need to fit the M1000 swivel pin, hub and brake assembly. Then of course the wheels will be different unless you change the complete rear axle as well.
