I consider that there is no requirement to fit the stone guards on my Minor which has only been used on good stone free motorsport tracks.
For normal road use I would fit the stone guards.

Having been bombarded by Photobucket telling me my account is over the limited I've done a bit of editting and it has restored most of the old photos to this post.
The only one that had gone missing was the completed installation, see below.
More than 2 years later its still all working well. I did fit the JLH remote reservoir which uses copper brake pipes rather than the plastic pipe kit that people complain about.
