Hi. I'm going to change my front brake shoes as I've a bad shudder when braking. The drums are fairly new. Any suggestions to what make for best braking

The best you can afford. I would use Mintex.

new shoes will not necessarily cure the shudder,they may, but could be a number of non brake shoe problems,from tie bar bushes, to trunnion wear. before changing suggest you have a good poke round the front suspension first.
