These pipe joiners are good and with the retaining lip there is little chance of the pipe parting from the connector.

I managed to obtain various sizes and angles from Halfords a few years back and from experience they are useful.

Thanks Phil, they look good and available as 12mm. The 15mm copper I've used does stretch things a bit but I suppose makes for a tighter fit, fingers crossed.
