Running rich.

Hi guys,My MM is running rich.Pulled it apart and can see no significant wear(H1 SU).Standard needle,no wear marks.Choke is returning as it should.
Any ideas?

On the the assumption that you have tried to adjust the mixture without success and that both the needle and jet are not worn, or the needle bent, or fitted incorrectly, then cleaning the suction chamber and piston carefully (do not use any emery or similar abrasive) may help if the piston is sticking a bit. Maybe the air cleaner is choked?

Is it a 100 thou jet instead of a 90 thou one? BTDT!
