Speedo Cable Installation
After giving a reasonable estimate of speed range (it moved a lot), my speedo recently ceased to function, just sticking at one speed. All indications were that it needed a new speedo cable. Straightforward, I thought. I have fitted a new cable. Both ends seem to be located correctly. And now the speedo works, but in a very slow way, taking its time to get up to the correctish speed, and doing a little St Vitus dance around 40mph. What have I done wrong?!

Re: Speedo Cable Installation
Having replaced your cable I would suggest that you now need to refurbish or service your speedo?
