clutch problem

Hi
I was driving home in my traveller and the clutch pedal felt like it had become a little low and gear change became awkward, also could feel a slight vibration through the clutch pedal.
When i got home I had a look under car at linkage and a look at fork through inspection hole in gearbox but all looks ok, so i adjusted pedal with 3/4 free play as per manual and tested gears up road.
I can change gear ok now but still can feel slight vibration through pedal.
Has anyone got any ideas on what's causing the problem or is there anything else I can check.

Release bearing maybe?
