My free pedal travel is too great but I can't remember (or get my brain in gear) which way to screw the adjusting nut to reduce the amount of free travel Is it turned towards the back or towards the front of the car?
I know I could find out by trial and error but would be better to do it right first time!

Re: Clutch Adjustment
Turn the domed nut clockwise towards the rear after undoing the locknut.
Once clearance is set tighten the locknut against the domed nut.

Many thanks, Phil. Really helpful advice, as ever.
