Check the condition of the rubber bush (Pt No: AAA1626 (MOSS)) and metal bush (Pt No: AAA3750(MOSS)) that supports the outer end of the clutch relay shaft.

Check the condition of all the clutch linkage, wear can occur at numerous points: link plates, clevis pins, relay shaft, operating rod and even the fork. Something could be part worn through and getting ready to break fully.

Is the pedal returning to its full height? It might simply be that the return spring has broken.

Have you adjusted the pedal correctly?
