When I fitted the Wolseley brakes very little air entered the system as I clamped the flexi pipes and a plastic bag on the filler pot. On rebuilding the brake system four year's ago I did if I recall having trouble bleeding it, but then I had no remote fluid pot fitted. I believe I pressurized the MC with a bicycle pump from a modified top hat cap, once done it was no trouble at all and the peddle was always firm. May try this again after checking out all the member's ideas.
