Is this a Midget manifold

Post by GavinL »

The manifold below is the one which was fitted to my Minor when I bought it ( along with twin SUs off a Midget). I assume it is a 1275 Midget manifold, but it has no reference numbers cast in it. Anyone confirm or otherwise advise what it is off?

I would suggest that it is a 1275cc MG Midget manifold Pt No: 12G420.

Here is one for sale on 'e' bay for comparison.

Note the same underside reinforcing webs.

Thanks both, having googled 12g420 I've found identical images, so looks like it is a Midget manifold, just surprised it hasn't got the reference cast into it.
