HI I've had to dismantle the torsion bar after fitting new Chassis legs both sides and wondered How i set up the torsion bar now I'm about to put it back. Does someone have a step by step guide? ( AS a side note I have replaced all the bushes, so they're good)
Thanks
Richard

Re: Torsion
This has been covered many times on here, but the easiest way( I have been told by a restorer of some experience) is to loosely assemble the components EXCEPT the thick bottom arm and position this so that the outer end of the arms are 17 1/4" from the top of the wheel arch and then slide the arm in position.
Haven't had to do this myself, but this guy has done many. Alternatively, follow the instruction s in the workshop manual, but it is a lot of critical measuring to complete.
