Does anyone who has fitted a cupro-nickel fuel pipe have any tips about forming the 'kink' in the pipe where it joins the fuel pump? The rest of the pipe has been relatively easy to bend by pipe-bender and hand to match up to the old steel one.

Small cheap pipe bender to avoid kinks. Similar to this: https://www.toolstation.com/draper-mini ... gI2l_D_BwE

Re: Fuel pipe bend
I've used a small pipe bender on the rest of the pipe, it's just the final part to the pump. I've made the 175ish degree bend as per the photo but there is a double kink needed to bring the pipe in line to the pump. Hope this make sense!
