Hi all,
I am looking at a 12G940 cylinder head to fit to my Ital 1275 engine.
The only thing is it has no bypass hose facility.
Is there anyway I can get round this and blank off the waterpump outlet.
Many thanks,
Martin.

Re: No bypass hose
You need a https://www.minisport.com/cam4126-cylin ... -plug.html and then drill a small hole through the thermostat. You will then need to leave the heater on.
Is there no bypass hole at all or is there a blanking plug?

In that case it's the rubber bung, a jubilee clip plus a single 1/8 hole in the thermostat. Don't turn the heater fully off as you need water flowing around the head.
