Trafficator issue

Post by lornab »

I have a 1959 Morris Minor & have noticed that the trafficator on the left has broken (not snapped off altogether) - where can I get a replacement & is it an easy job to do? I am also thinking of upgrading to flashing indicators soon 🙂.

Most minor companies probably sell them, here is whats on offer from ESM.

There is a good chance you will only need the lens and arm if it was operating normally before it got broken. Club Spares also offer reconditioned trafficators.

You can get excellent flashing bulbs now which greatly improve the visibilty of the trafficator, Ive fitted them to my Austin 10 and it makes a huge difference. They fit directly in the same was as the normal bulb, heres a link to the site

This is yet another multiple post. Clearly the sire is having one of it's 'off moments'.

Can I suggest that responses/comments are posted on the other one so they are all in one place and we don't all get very confused as to who has posted what and where....
