Is it me or are the drain pressings on this off side rear repair panel the wrong way round? When fitted they will be facing forward.

Just a thought - is it an offside panel, or possibly a nearside panel? The holes should be facing towards the back of the car.

Yes they are pressed in wrong ....I would send it back...

it's annoying, but i'll probably press an additional drain pointing in the correct direction and flatten and weld up the wrong one. I'll be cutting this panel in half anyway because half of it is included in the suspension hanger repair panel, and that drain is pressed in the correct direction.
