Hi just put my engine and box back in car to find the pressure plate catches the clutch fork
Video below shows clearance issue

I do have an extra shim behind pressure plate as I have a new oil seal on back of engine
Do I need to grind a little if the fork to allow clearance?

Re: Pressure plate clearance to fork
Did you mean to say that you have fitted a (3mm) shim between flywheel and crankshaft tail? The shim is required to allow sufficient rubbing surface for the lip seal to work correctly. The 3mm shim is not sufficient to throw the clutch cover rearwards so as to foul the clutch release lever.
I have to say that personally I would not fit a lip seal kit as I have not found them to be reliable in service.
What happens if you set the clutch with the right clearance (as per wksp manual) between the release bearing and clutch pressure plate release plate?
Have you replaced the clutch release lever or has it got bent?
Is the clutch pressure plate new/old and/or have you adjusted the release levers before re-fitting the clutch?
Have a look at the link below:-

Have you fitted the correct release bearing?
Apologies for all the questions but I/we do need to get some basic details before pronouncing more.
